Your Yoga 1on1 Essentials
Clothing - Should be comfortable with no tight waist bands or areas of restriction and made from stretchable fabric or loose cotton, if preferred.
Equipment - Yoga mat, a large towel or blanket, a cushion or pillow, a belt or strap (even an old tie will work), yoga blocks, (optional), a tennis ball or small basketball (optional).
Food - No food should be eaten at least half an hour before exercise. It is best to avoid a large meal within 2 hours of doing any yoga routines.
Water - Do have a water bottle close at hand so you can take frequent sips, particularly if the weather is hot.
Awareness - Take care and listen to your body. Heed its warnings. Stop if it is not right for you.
